Why book directly with us?
On our website, we guarantee you the best possible price. As we don’t have to pay high commissions to large booking platforms when you book directly with us, we pass this saving on to you in full.
We use a dynamic pricing system that takes into account seasonal demand and the day of the week – so you always pay a fair, up-to-date market price.
- Accommodation price: from € 108 per night (for up to 4 guests)
- Additional guests: € 40 per person* per night (from the 5th guest; maximum 8 guests)
- Final cleaning: € 70 (one-off fee per stay)
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
* Children up to and including 3 years of age stay free of charge and are not counted towards the maximum occupancy of eight people.
A sample calculation for a stay for 4 people / 4 nights, room rate: €150
Booking via major travel websites: approx. € 810 (including service charges and agency fees)
Booking directly with us: approx. € 670

Guarantee of transparency:
All prices include local tax, electricity, water, heating, bed linen, towels and soap.
The coffee machine will be topped up before your arrival, and salt, pepper, cooking oil and vinegar will also be provided.
