Why book directly with us? On our website, we offer exactly the same fair base rates as on the major booking platforms, but with one key advantage:
You avoid the booking and service fees charged by intermediaries. This leaves you with more money to enjoy your holiday in the Schneebergland region to the full.
- Base rate: € 140 per night (for up to 4 guests)
- Additional guests: € 40 per person* per night (from the 5th guest; maximum 8 guests)
- Final cleaning: € 70 (one-off fee per stay)
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
* Children up to and including the age of 3 stay free of charge and are not counted towards the maximum occupancy of eight people.

Guarantee of transparency:
